Oppo Ready to Launch New Reno8 Variant in Early 2023.

New Reno8 listed with the model number Oppo CPH2481. Apart from being registered on the certification site, this device has also been TKDN-certified since October 5, 2022. with a value of 35.79 percent.

From the information circulating, this new device will be the successor to the Reno8 Series that was introduced last year.

Moreover, Oppo is used to releasing new devices at the end of the quarter, especially for the Reno line.

However, not much known about this Phone Oppo, including the name that will be used for this product. Apart from the Oppo CPH2481, there is also another device with an almost similar model number, namely the Oppo CPH2483. However, the two models have slight differences.

After being traced, Oppo CPH2481 carries a 4G network. Meanwhile, the Oppo CPH2483 supports 5G network technology.

For information, Reno line is Oppo’s middle-class device. Which contributes quite high numbers in each quarter-end market share report.

• Make sure the connected device has USB debugging enabled in developer mode.
• To enable developer mode, you need to enter the Settings menu, then go to the About Device option and select the version option.
• Next, you tap seven times on the compilation number.
• Then , go back to the initial Settings menu, look for developer mode, find the USB Debugging option, and enable it.
• Once connected, the Oppo System Upgrade Tools application will install the OTA Assistant application on the Reno8 Series device.
• Select “Check the New Version” or “Check the Latest Version” to get the latest “Update Now” update for the ColorOS 13 system update.
• The application will also download the latest version of the system and wait for the download process to finish.
• Finally, Oppo System Upgrade Tools application will send the operating system that has been downloaded to Reno8 Series device.
• Proceed to the Reno8 Series window and perform the installation. And now, you can enjoy ColorOS 13 on your device.

Oppo Launches ColorOS 13 for a More Exciting View

Oppo officially released ColorOS 13 for global users last year. This latest version of ColorOS is one of the first operating systems based on Android 13.

ColorOS 13 incorporates a number of key Android 13 features, including a new aquamorphic design for a more compact and comfortable visual experience.

True to its name, the aquamorphic design results in a fluid and inclusive interface. ColorOS 13 also features a new theme inspired by the changing color of light between sunrise and sunset on the surface of the sea.

In ColorOS 13, Oppo also offers a more intuitive user experience, starting from system animations to the UI.

Improved performance in ColorOS 13

Apart from the display, performance of ColorOS 13 also improved. For the first time, Oppo is using the Dynamic Computing Engine as a self-developed system-level technical solution to deliver a smoother and more stable system, including more thorough enhancements.

According to Oppo, this engine brings two major improvements to ColorOS 13, namely increased battery life and the ability to keep more applications running in the background.

A number of smart features are also embedded in this latest version of ColorOS, such as the Smart Always-on Display. As the name implies, users can now more quickly see information related to music applications and other functions.

To support this capability, Oppo has partnered with Bitmoji and Spotify. Thanks to LTPO 2.0 technology, Always-On Display refresh rate reduced to just 1 Hz to save 30 percent power consumption in some scenarios.
