New Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has not yet released, but already available in stores. 

Samsung will release newest flagship device, the Galaxy S23 series, on February 1, 2023. According to circulating leaks, sales new Galaxy S23 series will begin on February 17, 2022. Meanwhile, pre-orders for this device usually opened immediately after release.

Even so, a retail store in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, Already started selling the Galaxy S23 Ultra, which Samsung hasn’t even released yet. How come?

Quoting Android Headlines, on Wednesday (25/1/2023), a local retail store called KM Cell Store recently uploaded on his Facebook account. That’s store has the Galaxy S23 Ultra with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal memory in four colors.

Now that Facebook post already deleted, the store is sharing photos of Samsung’s newest smartphone via Facebook Story. Android Headline saw the photo and took a screenshot of it. Presumably, Samsung has banned these retail stores from selling the smartphone early and asked them to remove the upload.

Many leaks about the Galaxy S23

For your information, ahead of its launch. There’s many leaked images regarding the Galaxy S23 series on the internet in recent months. These leaks seem to reveal how the Galaxy S23 series will look; it will reportedly will released in San Francisco.

So far from appearances, there’s also detailed information on specifications and prices for the US version.
Based on rumors, this device will have priced on par with its predecessor. This’s also considered impressive considering the various improvements that will made.

Even so, in terms of design, this flagship device has not changed much from its predecessor, which was released in 2022.

Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus will no longer carry the contoured camera bump design like Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus.

Stretching the Main Camera 200 MP

Still from the camera side, Samsung is reportedly going to equip the Galaxy S23 Ultra with a 200 MP main camera. This device will also be supported by a newer and better 12MP sensor.

The other hardware hasn’t changed, it’s likely that there will be an increase in quality in terms of performance. This smartphone will reportedly also get:

• more separated screen,
• larger battery capacity,
• better under-screen fingerprint scanner, and
• number of other improvements.

Price of the Galaxy S22 Series

Samsung lowered the price of Galaxy S22 series ahead of the launch of Galaxy S23. Galaxy S22 of various types being sold at discounted price of around 1 million Rupiah on the official Samsung Indonesia page.

There are several variants that are no longer available on official Samsung Indonesia website, where most of the ones that are empty are for 128 GB of storage.

• Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 12GB/256GB: IDR 17,499,000 -> IDR 18,99,000.
