Confirmed, Samsung Galaxy will be holding a launch event on January 18 in India to announce the new A-series smartphone.
However, it does not confirm the name of phone which will be available on the specified date.
The company released several teasers to reveal Samsung Galaxy A14 5G and Galaxy A23 5G will launch on January 18.
Several social media posts released by the brand have also confirmed the key features of the A23.
It’is now confirmed Samsung Galaxy A23 5G will feature a waterdrop notch display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Another poster confirmed that the device will support optical image stabilization (OIS).
Apparently, the company will drop a few more teasers before the upcoming launch. Samsung Galaxy A23 5G heading to India appears to be the same device. That has been available in global markets since August 2022.
Galaxy A23, which is available in other markets, sports a 6.6-inch PLS LCD panel that offers FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Samsung Galaxy has an 8 megapixel front camera and a quad camera unit :
- 50 megapixels (main)
- 5 megapixels (ultra wide)
- 2 megapixels (depth)
- 2 megapixels (macro).
Have Snapdragon 695 powered device comes with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. It has a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. It is equipped with a side-facing fingerprint sensor.
According to the latest report, reported by the Gizmochina page. Have 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model can cost Rs 23,999 (Rp 4.44 million) in India.
Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is expected to feature a 6.6-inch 90Hz IPS LCD display. Dimensity 700 chip, up to 6GB of RAM, up to 128GB of storage, and 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W charging.
The Galaxy A14 5G also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The variant offering 4GB RAM + 64GB storage is likely to cost Rs 16,499 (Rp 3.05 million).
